Account Deletion

Deleting an account should be predictable. This page explains what happens immediately, what may be retained for safety or legal reasons, and what access ends.

Members can request account deletion from the app account settings or by contacting support. After a deletion request, access is restricted and the account is scheduled for deletion according to the product retention policy.

Some data may be retained where needed for legal obligations, payment records, fraud prevention, safety investigations, moderation history, dispute handling, audit logs, or abuse prevention. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

Profile visibility, discovery eligibility, active tokens, and push tokens are removed or disabled as part of the deletion workflow. Shared conversation, report, support, and audit records may remain where required for safety, integrity, or legal reasons.

If you believe a deletion request was not processed correctly, contact support with the email address associated with the account.
