MunaMatch collects account, profile, verification, safety, payment, support, device, and usage information to provide serious Muslim matchmaking, protect members, operate subscriptions, and improve the service.
We use personal data for onboarding, profile review, discovery, matching, messaging, guardian and imam workflows, notifications, fraud prevention, customer support, analytics, legal compliance, and account deletion or export requests. We do not sell personal data.
Profiles and match-related content are shared only according to product permissions, privacy settings, safety controls, and the member's publication status. Sensitive verification media is used for review and trust workflows and is not made public.
We use service providers for infrastructure, analytics, messaging, push notifications, payment processing, support, and fraud prevention. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
Members can request access, correction, export, deletion, and support through the app or support channels. Some records may be retained for legal, security, billing, audit, dispute, fraud prevention, and safety reasons.
